After break of aviation regulations in order to deal with a situation threatening the safety of an aircraft pilot in command is required to notify the competent authority of the State in which the rules have been broken, and if the rules it requires to notify the appropriate authority by

  1. Written report about the incident within 10 daysCorrect answer
  2. Oral - phone report after landing at the destination
  3. Written report about the incident within 14 days
  4. No further explanations need to be done
