Skydream is the exclusive Polish distributor for Pipistrel aircraft (also representing JMB Aircraft's VL-3 and Bristell), founded in 2012. The company also runs flight training — the UACP ultralight-pilot qualification plus CVFR and night-flying add-ons — on Bristell aircraft, from Bielsko-Biała Aleksandrowice (EPBA) and Gliwice (EPGL) aerodromes.

The site's own content mostly describes UACP/CVFR/night training on Bristell ultralights from Bielsko-Biała (EPBA) and Gliwice (EPGL); although the DTO-139 register scope covers LAPL(A)/PPL(A) and aerobatics, no explicit content on those was found on the site. The 'ul. Nad Białką 49, Kaniów' address shown on the site is the company's registered-office (KRS) address, not described as a training operating base.
What this means for you
A DTO is a lighter-weight form of training organisation, declared to ULC without full ATO certification. For a PPL(A) candidate it leads to exactly the same licence — DTOs are usually narrower in scope (e.g. PPL/LAPL only) and are often a cheaper, local option.
