Fly Dream Academy appears in the ULC register twice — as PL.ATO.012 and as this declaration, PL.DTO-129 — with an identical phone number and e-mail address, so the contacts cannot tell the two entries apart. The site settles it: flydreamacademy.pl redirects to fda.aero, whose contact page prints PL.ATO.12 together with the company's details (KRS 0001119188, ul. Macieja Płażyńskiego 38, Gliwice), and never mentions this declaration's number. The courses, fleet and prices therefore sit on the PL.ATO.012 profile and were not duplicated here. Worth knowing too: the school now uses a different phone and e-mail than the register lists.
