Note
The aerodrome has two runways: an asphalt-concrete one, 1155x30 m, and a grass one, 900x200 m (the site does not say which is primary). This same live site (aeroklubkielecki.pl) also serves the DTO sibling row (pl-dto-117, PL.DTO-117), whose own register domain (aeroklub.kielce.pl) is dead — worth another discovery pass there.
What this means for you
An ATO holds a full ULC certificate covering the whole training range — from basic licences to commercial and instructor ratings. These are the broadest-scope schools, often with their own fleet and simulators (FNPT/FSTD).
Theory is on you
This school handles the flying. To study the ULC theory exam's 9 subjects, get Pilot Test Zone.
