The training centre sits under PZL Mielec's post-sale support section (alongside warranty repair and spare-parts sales) for aircraft the company manufactures — the site does not describe it as a school for outside students. The ATO's register scope is limited to M28 type-rating (TR) and type-rating-instructor (TRI) courses; no PPL path.
