Polska Fundacja Lotnicza (Polish Aviation Foundation) was established in 2021 in Mielec. The foundation runs glider pilot (SPL) training based at Mielec Airport (EPML) and offers its own e-learning platform for ground-school theory (Teoria LMS).

The /courses/kurs-tmg/ and /courses/cpl/ pages are mostly unedited WordPress theme demo content (Lorem ipsum, a fictional "Winger aviation... since 1991" footer blurb) and were skipped as unreliable. The site's own address (Lotniskowa 14, Mielec) differs from the ULC register address (ul. Łuże 17c) — likely the operational airfield address rather than the foundation's registered/mailing address.
