About the school

M-Air Poland, based in Chocznia, operates in four areas: Part-145 certified helicopter maintenance and technical inspections; scenic helicopter flights arranged as an intermediary for carrier GSA Aviation sp. z o.o.; PPL(H) tourist helicopter pilot licence training (a course of 100 hours of theory and a minimum of 45 hours of practical flight), with CPL(H) commercial licence and FI(H) instructor training also available in cooperation with GSA Aviation; and rental of training/office rooms.

A DTO is a lighter-weight form of training organisation, declared to ULC without full ATO certification. For a PPL(A) candidate it leads to exactly the same licence — DTOs are usually narrower in scope (e.g. PPL/LAPL only) and are often a cheaper, local option.
