About the school

Aeroklub Nowy Targ runs theoretical and practical training for the PPL(A) and LAPL(A) private pilot licences, alongside glider and balloon training and parachute jumps, based at Nowy Targ airfield (EPNT). Prospective students can visit the airfield, see the equipment and arrange a discovery flight before enrolling.

Per Aeroklub Nowy Targ's price list (PDF, valid from 7 Mar 2026): PPL/LAPL theory course — 1,800 PLN; PPL(A) practical course, 45h — 39,600 PLN (Cessna 152) / 45,000 PLN (Cessna 172M); LAPL(A) practical course, 30h — 26,000 PLN (Cessna 152) / 30,000 PLN (Cessna 172M); instructor fee: 150 PLN/h (members) / 225 PLN/h (guests); aircraft rental (engine-hour, fuel included): Cessna 152 600 PLN, Cessna 172M 720 PLN, Cessna 172FR/Husky 780 PLN, Cessna R172K 980 PLN, Viper SD4 650 PLN. These are membership rates — joining requires an annual airplane-section membership fee (675 PLN discounted / 1,350 PLN standard) plus a 250 PLN entry fee. Glider SPL theory course: 900 PLN (members) / 1,350 PLN (guests); practical winch-launch package (55 launches, max 4h): 5,900 PLN. Balloon practical training (16h): 18,500 PLN.

Note

The aeroklub also offers parachute jumps (AFF) and scenic flights under the Loty Widokowe 24 brand (lotywidokowe24.pl). The older /szkolenie-samolotowe page describes the trainer as a Piper PA-38 Tomahawk or Cessna 172, but the current price list (dated 07 Mar 2026) no longer lists a Piper PA-38 — the tariff's fleet was used as the more current source for the `fleet` field.
