Per the scope stated in the ULC register (PL.DTO-52), the declaration covers both theoretical and practical training — this is not a theory-only declaration. Theory classes are held at the Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła venue (ul. Reymonta 22, Kraków), while practical flight training takes place at Lotnisko EPNT in Nowy Targ. Emergency24 Sp. z o.o. is primarily an ambulance/emergency-medical-services provider; the PPL(A) flight-training declaration is a separate activity of the same company. The company's domain (http://emergency24.pl, taken from the register e-mail) currently serves no site — every path redirects to a home.pl hosting placeholder, so no school website link is given.
