Alongside its HEMS missions, Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe (LPR) runs an EU-cofunded training-support programme for its own personnel: theoretical ATPL(H) licence training for HEMS pilots, multi-crew-cooperation (MCC) courses, water-survival training, English-language preparation for the ICAO proficiency exam, and specialist courses for technical staff.

The site states directly: "the project's target group is LPR staff" — pilots, crew members, instructors, technical, administrative staff and doctors; it describes no training offer for people outside the organisation. This is consistent with the ULC register scope (PPL(H)/CPL(H), TR/TRI for the R44 and EC135, IR(H)/IRI(H), STI(H); offersPplPath: false) — this is a flight-training centre for LPR's own crews (Poland's state air-ambulance/HEMS service), not a walk-in flight school for external customers.
