This entry covers the DTO-run gliding activity of Aeroklub Warszawski's glider section: theoretical and practical training toward the glider pilot licence (SPL) on Puchacz gliders, an optional TMG (motor-glider) endorsement course for SPL holders, and an additional basic/advanced glider-aerobatics rating available after finishing basic training. Per the club's site (as of 5 Aug 2026): the SPL theory course costs 2,899 PLN (standard) or 2,599 PLN for students under 20. Practical-flight cost is not stated on this page. Enrolment for the SPL theory course goes through the club's online shop (sklep.aeroklub.waw.pl). A mandatory orientation meeting is held before each course, with registered participants notified by e-mail. Enrolment questions: teoria@aeroklub.waw.pl.

Note
After completing basic glider training, the club offers the option to start learning glider aerobatics, up to full aerobatics — matching the basic/advanced aerobatics add-on rating listed in this DTO registration's scope.
