This Aviation Training Centre operates within Leonardo PZL-Świdnik's Customer Support & Training team (nearly 70 people) and trains pilots and technical personnel on the W-3 Sokół, SW-4 and Mi-2 helicopters — the same types the plant manufactures and supports for its customers and operators.

The site frames this training as part of Customer Support & Training for the plant's helicopter operators/customers, not as a walk-in flight school — no explicit statement of who may enrol was found either way.
