ATO Noble Wings — a civil aviation academy in Wrocław training for the PPL(A) on Viper SD-4 aircraft based at the controlled Wrocław-Strachowice airport. Theory runs on their own e-learning platform, cutting the time spent on site.

The school's operating base was the General Aviation Terminal at ul. Skarżyńskiego 36 in Wrocław (the company's registered office was at a different address, pl. Powstańców Śląskich 8/3). Noble Wings described itself as the authorised Polish dealer for the Viper SD-4 aircraft.
What this means for you
A DTO is a lighter-weight form of training organisation, declared to ULC without full ATO certification. For a PPL(A) candidate it leads to exactly the same licence — DTOs are usually narrower in scope (e.g. PPL/LAPL only) and are often a cheaper, local option.
