Aeroklub Jeleniogórski runs airplane (LAPL(A)/PPL(A)) and glider training based at Jelenia Góra airfield (EPJG, grass runway). Theory for the airplane course is taught in-person (100 hours of classroom lectures), and practical training uses a Cessna 150 among other aircraft.

Note
The PPL(A) theory course ends with an exam valid for 12 months. Enrolment requires a minimum age of 16 (parental consent if under 18), at least lower-secondary education, and a Part-MED class 2 medical certificate.
What this means for you
A DTO is a lighter-weight form of training organisation, declared to ULC without full ATO certification. For a PPL(A) candidate it leads to exactly the same licence — DTOs are usually narrower in scope (e.g. PPL/LAPL only) and are often a cheaper, local option.
