Chojna's airfield is reportedly a former military airfield, but SkyCity's site never states an ICAO code (EPCH or otherwise) anywhere, so baseAerodrome.icao is left blank.

What this means for you

A DTO is a lighter-weight form of training organisation, declared to ULC without full ATO certification. For a PPL(A) candidate it leads to exactly the same licence — DTOs are usually narrower in scope (e.g. PPL/LAPL only) and are often a cheaper, local option.
